A quick update:

For those of you who still need on-site help in December, please email me as soon as possible.  I am receiving an increase in inquiries for virtual work so I will filling some of the available on-site slots with virtual clients.

My website is finally up. It's small and concise and hopefully provides the information you need.

Dictation Line:  877-229-8570  This line is available 24/7, toll free and secure.  Please be sure to leave your name and email at the beginning of your dictation.  For those of you who have not used my dictation line, simply call the number and begin speaking.  The system will beep if you stop or pause, but there is no need to be concerned about that.  Begin dictating again when ready.  When you are finished, just hang up.

A Friendly Halloween Reminder ...

You all know how I am ... a blogger I am not!  :)

This is just a friendly reminder that Halloween is usually the last day of calm.

November 1st marks the beginning of holiday madness and crazy end-of-year deadlines.  Please be sure to contact me with your freelance needs for November and December.  These spots fill up very quickly.

Virtual needs?  If you know you will need me on a daily or weekly basis, please let me know.  I do not need your exact schedule right now.  I just I want to be sure I have you on my calendar.

Oh August!

It is crazy busy which is a big change of pace for August!  I totally missed my June and July blog posts. Apologies ... I was working!  :)

My blog is serving as my website for now.  I will let you know when my new website is up and running.

Back to business - this week is completely booked with virtual and freelance assignments.  I do not have any free hours until Monday, August 8th.   I only provide freelance services (in your office) in Westminster, Mount Airy, Sykesville, Eldersburg, Taylorsville and some areas in Frederick.  These fill up very quickly so please email me well in advance of your need.

Also, you do not need an appointment when using the dictation line and you do not need to call me first before dictating.  When dictating, please be sure to include your name, email, firm information and phone number.  Dictation line:  877-229-8570.  It's available 24/7.  (For those of you who have not used the dictation line, simply call the number and begin speaking.  The system will beep if you stop but there is no need to be concerned about that.  Begin dictating again and when you are finished, just hang up.)

Vacation Coverage ... :)

Just a quick reminder that we are fast approaching that time of year ... VACATION!  :)

The on-site time slots fill up very quickly from May through August. Please let me know what your needs are as soon as possible.  I am also able to provide virtual coverage from my office if the on-site time slots are all taken.

[NOTE:  All on-site time slots are filled for the week of April 25th and May 2nd.]

Virtual services are available.

The telephone dictation line is available every day, 24/7.   You do not have to obtain permission to use the dictation line.  It is a user friendly phone line - simply call the dictation line (877) 229-8570 and begin dictating. When your dictation is complete, just hang up.  (The dictation line does not have a feature to "review" dictation.  It is a straight talk dictation system.)   Please be sure to provide your email so your work product can be emailed to you when complete.

December ... I know, I know - I missed it!

December is almost gone and I did not post like I should have.  I am terrible at blogging.  I am so much better at working!  ;)
